I’m Holly, and I’m passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies and find balance.
My journey began in 2004 when I earned my degree in Massage Therapy from Heritage College and ran a successful in-home massage business for six years. My curiosity about how trauma manifests in the body led me to Naropa University, where I studied Somatic Psychology to deepen my understanding of mind-body healing.
After taking time to raise my two amazing kids, I returned to bodywork in 2020 with a renewed focus on supporting women. I blend techniques like Abdominal Therapy, which clears tension in the abdomen, low back, and hips, to create space for healing and reconnection.
This work is my true calling, and I’m honored to support you on your journey to wellness.
